visited Budapest & Vienna with Jing and Keejun over the long wkend. It was fun but knackering! we juz walked and ate and walked and ate through out. here're some of the highlights =)

Traditional Hungarian Cuisine - Beef/ Chicken Paprika(creamy stew) + knodels (noodley-like pasta) & Beef Goulash!!
loads and loads of drool-worthy cookies & cakes!!! =) ~absolutely heavenly
all the buildings in Budapest were so so old.. including our hostel.. (but thankfully the interior was recently refurnished)

we went to watch a Mozart/ Beethovan concert-opera-ballet as well.

Funny Clock - one character appears every hour, but at 12noon, ALL the characters will parade and go one full circle.
Quirky yet pretty arty farty Hundertwasserhaus (private housing) - why wld you want hoardes of tourists at your doorstep EVERYDAY anyway.

Stephansdom - majestic and grand with beautifully crafted interior.
and the food in Vienna's AWESOME! everything comes in HUGE portions - not a problem for me of coz =)

Famous Kaserwurst - The warm cheese EXPLODES in your mouth when u bite into the huge sausage ~ simply orgasmic. haha
and here's juz something random.. saw some kids on a school trip at Schonbrunn Palace.. so so sweet!! =)
That's about it! yet another enjoyable trip ~ FEAST for the eyes and the tummy!!
