dragged myself out of bed at 715am today to go mac ritchie reservoir with my parents and oint. still very amazed tt i managed to wake up. anyway, we were supposed to embark on the super long hike up to the
HSBC tree top walk! it's an
11km route k. sooooo long lahs. not to mention super super hot day. plus squeashy muddy ground. eeks.
anyway.. it was alrite lahs. other than the disgustingly hot weather. and the super long trek up. anD having to constantly watch out for potholes in the ground tt threaten to make u sprain ur ankle. aND avoiding muddy puddles. AND suffering from dehydration. sure. it was ... enjoyable i guess. heh.
oh well.. the HSBC tree top walk.. nothing amazing reli. i mean.. after trekking for like 5km on treacherous grounds.. u'd expect sth more.. spectacular. but it was juz.. the sun and the treetops. and yeh. the bridge strung by cables is amazing. maybe the occasional breeze. and that's about it. =P
Things we're
supposed to see along the way while trekking:
1) PANGOLIN!!
2) birds?
3) turtles
4) komodo dragons
5) monkeys
6) gheko (dunno how to spell)
7) flying squirrel
Things we saw instead:
1) alot of turtles.. yeh.
2) a small black disgusting komodo dragon (i'm relireli glad tt it's small)
3) ALOT Of monkeys! (i saw a pair mating!! haha.. lalala)
4) a black snake!! (no photos coz my mom says tt it'll POUNCE on u if u go too near.. anyway it slithered away too fast la)
5)trees, roots, leaves, centipede, millipede, ALOT of spiders. and yeh.. how can i forget the MUD!
yep.. ok lahs. it's not tt bad. gd if u wanna get relireli tanned. =P

i finally baked my cheesecake today!!!!!!
it's chocolate cheesecake!! it tastes fabulous k. haha. oint asks me go sell it. yeh i wish. struggle to grad from my disgusting chem engin course and be a full time baker. heh. so anybody wanna order? i need $$ for my holiday shopping! =)
