pk came over to bake today! heh. not bad.. quite fun but tiring! baking's no kid's job k. all tt washing and stirring and mixing and placing of tray in & out of the oven is HARDwork! (tt explains why ALL of breadtalk's bakers are ALL men.)
banana-carrot spice bar (the chefs -PK & i think tt it tastes qt nice but stupid zah insists that it's like
huat kuey!! bah. ignorant. hmph!)
the marshmallow-white-dark chocolate soft cookies
oatmeal raisin chocolate soft cookies
both the cookies taste super gd k. lalala.. common consensus!! (even the stupid huat-kuey-guy agreed) heh. but i decided tt baking's reli tiring and time consuming... sth only meant for the VERY VERY free.. so yeh. u can imagine juz how freaking bored i am. been housemaid for the past 7days since my parents went silk road for holiday.. been feeding the goldfishes, the turtle, the hamsters, the plants & my ah ma, doing the laundry, sweeping the annoying dead leaves, taking the rubbish out. bah. (and then i start wondering.. WHY on earth do we have SOO MANY PETS to feed? so many pots of plants to water, so much rubbish to clear & since there're no trees in our small little garden, where did ALL that dead leaves come from??...)
so i thought HARD and LONG.. and arrived at one conclusion: DON'T ever be a housewife!! either be a rich taitai or a career woman (and earn enough $moolah$ to employ someone to do all the feeding tt u hafto feed and clear all tt dead leaves and rubbish) yeh. fantastic idea. great. i shall work towards that. no more lazing ard at home. someone give me a holiday job!!!
